While I make every effort to offer a clean and safe environment for your pets, myself and my employees may not be held accountable for any illness or injury that occurs on our premises. Owners are fully responsible for their own pets while at the studio or on a shoot.
All sitting fees are non-refundable.
I make every effort to provide you with top quality, beautiful images. If you are not satisfied with the results of your shoot, I will provide you with a reshoot free of charge (if prints have not been ordered) within 90 days.
If you are not completely satisfied with your prints they may returned within 10 days for a full refund or for reprinting.
Payment is required before any files will be e-mailed or printed. I allow 3-5 days for cheques to clear prior to sending images.
All images are edited per the photographer’s discretion prior to being posted/ emailed/printed. If you require further edits, please request them prior to purchase.
Unauthorized editing of photos is an infringement of copyright.
Minor edits are offered free of charge. This includes removing dust and scratches, colour corrections, and cropping. For more editing options, please see the Enhancements page.
Under no circumstances will edits be made that alter the physical conformation of the animal.
Under no circumstances will full resolution digital files be sold. These are equal to photographic negatives and remain the property of the photographer. If you require full resolution for an ad, the file(s) may be sent to your graphic designer or publication of choice with the purchase of an 8x10 print.
There are no refunds on digital files. If you are considering an image for an ad please request a larger proof to confirm your decision prior to purchase.
